Erin and I celebrated 6 months of married life this weekend! Ok – so it’s not a real anniversary, but we used it as an excuse to celebrate. We even used our china for the first time!
I roasted a chicken and potatoes and made a yummy spring salad with arugula, mini heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers and red pepper. I was super excited about it! Since I’m not much of a chef, I am so proud when things come out of the oven edible. So, I took a picture!
Most importantly, we have a rule in our house. This one was passed down from the Parr’s. If you cook – you don’t have to clean. I am a fan of this rule.
