Happy Christmas to you!

In the morning we plugged in the lights, turned on some music, opened presents, and enjoyed a low-key Christmas morning.

After breakfast we headed out for a walk on the trails near our house before going to a family friend’s for dinner – where we has some great food, good wine, lots of laughs, and traditional English Christmas crackers (see above for evidence of Christmas cracker crownage).

This morning we woke up to our first snow in Maryland. It has turned to rain now, but was pretty to watch it fall out the window this morning. It even built up on the car a bit.
